In order to assist our clients walk through the process of using the Buyers Account, LLC system we have created an easy to follow checklist for both the Independent Dealer and Property Owner. Use these forms to ensure that you have all of the information required to use our innovative program.

Below are the forms that you will need to complete in order to use the Buyers Account, LLC system. We have separated the forms underneath the person who will be responsible for those forms delivery to the Buyers Account, LLC corporate headquarters.

Supporting Documents

These forms have been prepared to show you exactly what information you will list on the documents for your membership sale and real estate purchase. We also provide the exact quotes from Fannie and Freddie for your underwriters review.

These documents are only for reference and not required for the purchase of a membership into the OA.



Submitting Your Documents to Buyers Account, LLC


    These steps must be completed to use the powerful program provided by Buyers Account.

  1. Go to www.buyersaccount.com/documents.html
  2. Print out all documents listed under the "Our Forms" section
  3. Have the Independent Dealer (Home Buyer) and the Customer (Home Seller) complete and sign their specific documents as defined on the "Getting Started Instructions" documents on the same page.
  4. Fax the completed and signed documents to the number listed on our Home Page.


  5. Submit payment for the account activation fee of $100.00 and the administration fee of $400.00 for a total of $500.00.
  6. When we receive the complete set of documents, our office will contact the listed Settlement Agent/Title Company to request a signed Settlement Agent Confirmation form that must be signed and faxed back to our office before the deal can continue.
  7. Once we receive the original signed application package, drivers licenses, appraisal and sales contract we will then create a savings account in the name of the Buyer and send a Verification of Deposit (VOD) upon request.
  8. After the VOD has been provided, our office will send the approval Letter and a copy of the Buyers paycheck to the loan officer
  9. Once the closing date is confirmed we require a Clear-to-Close statement to be faxed or emailed to our office in order to send the funds in time for settlement.
  10. A certified check or direct wire will be sent to the listed title company to arrive on the day of settlement. The certified check or wire will be in the amount of the Buyers commission, made out to the listed title company for the benefit of the buyer.

PLEASE NOTE:
  • Any account information received for new applicants after 12:00 pm will be processed the next business day.
  • The Account Activation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • If the account opened for the Buyer stays open longer than 20 days and the file does not settle in that time frame, the account will be closed.
  • Time extensions on accounts are available by contacting our office.
  • If a VOD is pulled and the deal is canceled, the lender will be notified.
  • If you need to change any information on the application, simply print out a new form, complete and fax it to the number listed on our Home Page with a follow up email to Sales@BuyersAccount.com to confirm that we received it and have made any necessary changes.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel any sale before the membership has been requested from Owners Alliance.
  • YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE COMPLETE ORIGINAL SIGNED APPLICATION PACKAGE IN OUR OFFICE 2 DAYS BEFORE THE SALE OF THE MEMBERSHIP.
